Type of personality

What type of personality u haf?

My type is the peaceful phlegmatic. Peaceful phlegmatic are well balanced. They are easy going, relaxed, cool and collected. They are quite but witty, patient, inoffensive and avoid conflicts. They are not in a hurry and don't get upset easily. They look at things objectively and are able to separate emotion from facts. They are good listeners and observers, and enjoy being on the side lines. However, phlegmatic tend to be indecisive, they procrastinate and are unaffected. They are labeled as apathetic and selfish. They are too shy, passes on responsibility to others. and are not comfortable to be in the spot light. They lack self motivation, are usually lazy and resent being pushed around. Phlegmatic are judgmental of others and resist change. And worst of all, they can't say "no" to anything.

Peaceful phlegmatic should learn to take initiative and take responsibility. They should take risks and try something new. Be more receptive to change, and be more responsive to people. Don't be afraid to say "no", you have the right to choose and decide. Get rid of the "I couldn't care less" attitude. Get involved and stop procrastinating. Do it today rather than putting things of till tomorrow, otherwise you'll never get started. Action kills fear. Do it! It's now or never.
